Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel can only be returned if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or worn intimate apparel
Items without original tags or packaging
Items damaged due to customer handling
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and photos of the item if applicable.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and package so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
